We take a brief departure from Disney Cruise Line, and turn our focus this Episode to learn more about the Disney Institute. Jessica joins us this week to discuss her experiences at the Disney Institute in Walt Disney World, where leaders from Disney helped her and her classmates build on their knowledge skills to make them more effective leaders when they returned to company’s. Jessica does an excellent job talking about all that was included in her leadership course, along with some of the things they were able to experience, without giving away too many of the spoilers, for those looking to attend this training in the future.
